The Jiffy/Bistro van is a mid-size vehicle that is ideal for both hot and cold catering needs.
The vehicles have an economical 1.6 high pressure fuel efficient diesel engine that easily manages the 2900kg gross weight capacity.
The Bistro serving trucks are fitted with fridges, shelves and heated areas to ensure that all food is well displayed and kept at optimum temperatures to allow the customer to easily serve themselves.

From the left side we have the heated area, food is kept to temperature behind double glazed glass display doors, with a money safe, bag, and napkin holder built into the wall. The central part is for ambient goods with some bap holders in the base, fridge to the right with crisp area above.
